Keto Friendly Sugar Free Mocha Latte Cold Brew Concentrate All warmed Up and Toasty (& GUM FREE TOO)

KETO COLD BREW CONCENTRATE RECIPE


As the weather gets chilly, it's nice to warm things up, especially the cold brew.


This is a delicious Keto Friendly recipe using NoAir Cold Brew Concentrate as the base. I think you are going to love it as much as I do, and I'm just going to warn you right up front-- you are going to be hooked from the get-go!

I love lattes and frappes and all of the ways you can dress coffee up to make it taste even better. But, I have so many obscure food allergies that make enjoying these types of drinks impossible. I can look at them, and even smell them, but one sip will send me in a tailspin. So I have to created my own recipe! (The worst obscure food allergy- and the one that makes me terribly sick are thickening agents called 'gums.' I try to avoid them at all costs!! That is why I am adding, 'gum free' to the title.)

Keto Mocha Latte Cold Brew Concentrate


Section 1: Ingredients


Everything you will need

  • NoAir Cold Brew Concentrate 24 oz

  • Sugar Free chocolate chips

  • 1/2 Cup Whole Milk (or any type)

  • 1 T Butter

  • 1/4 C Heavy Whipping Cream


Section 2: Directions


How to make this delicious "I'm going to be hooked for the rest of my life" drink

  1. Make NoAir Cold Brew Concentrate: Add 9 Tablespoons of coffee to NoAir vessel, assemble then add 24 oz. of water. Draw a vacuum (9 pumps) and let steep for 8-9 hours.

  2. In the morning make the latte: In a small saucepan add 25-30 chocolate chips

  3. Add 1/2 C Whole Milk (any type)

  4. Add 1 T Butter. Heat until nice and hot. Mixing continuously until all chocolate chips are melted. Take off heat.

  5. Warm up cold brew. Pour warmed coffee into a mug and fill 1/2 full or more. Add latte mix into the warmed coffee.


WHEAVY WHIPPING CREAM: Pour 1/4 C Heavy Whipping Cream into a small bowl and whip for one minute or until soft peaks form. Add onto the top of your Mocha Latte. Top with chocolate shavings or sprinkles.


I love this recipe so much that this is what I drink EVERY MORNING--all of it! I DON'T share!
